AGC of California’s Belonging Survey is a tool that companies can implement to assess their team’s overall sense of belonging, as well as highlight disparities across demographic intersections.
The Belonging Survey is free for AGC of California members and is available to non-members for a fee. If you are interested in using the survey, please complete this form and a member of our team will reach out directly.
If you have any questions, please reach out to dei@agc-ca.org
The survey is designed to:
- Collect responses from all employees within the firm or a working group versus one person taking it to assess the entire organization.
- The results are presented in a succinct and informative way, and AGC’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team will guide you through the results.
- Be completely anonymous and confidential to maximize authentic responses.
Take the Belonging Survey
“Bjork Construction knows that to thrive as a team we need tools to assess whether our company culture meets the needs of our workforce. The Belonging Survey helped us learn that our culture, values, and leadership has been successful in meeting our goals of comradery and teamwork. This data is an important tool that gives insight on your employee’s experience which is valuable information, and it demonstrates to your employees that you care about them and are interested in how they feel.”
— Jean Bjork, CEO, Bjork Construction Company
